Il circuito integrato \u00e8 caratterizzato da una bassa tensione di dropout (300mV) a pieno carico, con un ampio range di tensioni V<sub>IN<\/sub> compreso tra 1,8V e 20V e un&rsquo;uscita regolabile a bassa tensione da 1,2V a 19,5V. Il rumore in uscita ultrabasso di soli 40\u00b5V<sub>RMS<\/sub> riduce non solo i disturbi a livello della strumentazione e dei sistemi RF, DSP e di alimentazione logica, ma consente anche la post-regolazione degli alimentatori di commutazione. La tolleranza dell&rsquo;uscita \u00e8 regolata sull&rsquo;intervallo \u00b13% di linea, carico e temperatura. Questi condensatori esterni di dimensioni ridotte possono essere utilizzati senza resistenze in serie, requisito spesso necessario con molti altri regolatori. Il circuito interno fornisce protezione in caso di inversione della polarit\u00e0 della batteria, nessuna corrente inversa, nonch\u00e9 limitazione di corrente sia con foldback che a livello termico. Per le applicazioni che richiedono ampi differenziali di entrata-uscita, l&rsquo;LT1965 offre una soluzione estremamente compatta ed efficace a livello termico.<\/p>\n<p>La versione di grado H dell&rsquo;LT1965 ha un range di temperature di giunzione nominali compreso tra -40\u00b0C e +150\u00b0C e viene offerta nel package DFN a 8 conduttori (3 x 3mm) a basso profilo (0,75mm), nel package a montaggio superficiale DD-Pak e nel package TO-220.
