Pcam 5C \u00e8 una periferica affidabile, dal prezzo contenuto, destinata ai progettisti elettronici che realizzano dispositivi dotati di telecamera integrata.<\/p>\n<p>Pcam 5C \u00e8 basato sul sensore di immagine OV5640 Omnivision da 5 megapixel comprendente varie funzioni interne di elaborazione che consentono di migliorare la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019immagine, tra cui bilanciamento automatico del bianco, calibrazione automatica del livello del nero e controlli per regolare la saturazione, la tonalit\u00e0 e la nitidezza.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/RS770-Digilent_Pcam_5C-2_.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4942\" alt=\"RS770-Digilent_Pcam_5C-2_\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/RS770-Digilent_Pcam_5C-2_-300x300.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/RS770-Digilent_Pcam_5C-2_-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/RS770-Digilent_Pcam_5C-2_-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/RS770-Digilent_Pcam_5C-2_.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pcam 5C \u00e8 dotato di un obiettivo a fuoco fisso installato su un attacco M12 standard che consente l\u2019intercambiabilit\u00e0 degli obiettivi. \u00c8 applicato su un circuito stampato di piccole dimensioni (4,0 x 2,5 cm), dotato di un connettore diritto 1&#215;7 100-mil per l\u2019accesso ai segnali ausiliari. Tra i formati di uscita figurano RAW10, RGB565, CCIR656, YUV422\/420 e YCbCr422.<\/p>\n<p>Il trasferimento dei dati tra il sensore di immagine e la scheda di sviluppo host avviene tramite un\u2019interfaccia MIPI CSI-2 a due canali che offre una larghezza di banda sufficiente a supportare i formati di streaming video pi\u00f9 diffusi, tra cui 1080p (full HD) a 30 frame al secondo e 720p (standard HD) a 60 frame al secondo. La connessione fisica \u00e8 realizzata tramite un cavo flessibile piatto (FFC) a 15 pin da 10 cm (fornito) compatibile con il connettore per videocamera Raspberry Pi.<\/p>\n<p>Digilent, azienda specializzata in strumenti di progettazione didattica, ha creato Pcam 5C soprattutto per la sua <a href=\"https:\/\/it.rs-online.com\/web\/p\/kit-sviluppo-per-logiche-programmabili\/1346462\/?cm_mmc=IT-PR_SE-_--_-1806-_-VP_ELEC\">scheda di sviluppo ARM\/FPGA Zybo Z7<\/a>, insieme questi prodotti vanno a creare il cosiddetto \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/it.rs-online.com\/web\/p\/kit-sviluppo-per-logiche-programmabili\/1752109\/?cm_mmc=IT-PR_SE-_--_-1806-_-VP_ELEC\">Embedded Vision Bundle<\/a>\u2019. Zybo Z7 \u00e8 dotato di un processore ARM Cortex-9 dual-core, integrato con la logica FPGA Xilinx Zynq-7000 su un unico SoC. Il connettore Pcam onboard dello Z7 consente la comunicazione diretta tra il sensore di immagine e l\u2019FPGA, garantendo una latenza nettamente inferiore rispetto a interfacce alternative quali HDMI o USB.<\/p>\n<p>Dato che \u00e8 costoso ottenere la licenza di un controller MIPI CSI-2 per l\u2019FPGA, ed \u00e8 complesso e dispendioso in termini di tempo svilupparlo, Digilent fornisce un proprio set di core IP Vivado per il Pcam 5C su FPGA Xilinx e schede host Zynq.
