Rileva una condizione di sovracorrente monitorando la tensione su una resistenza di rilevamento esterna in serie con l\u2019assorbimento del MOSFET esterno. Quando l\u2019LTC7000\/-1 rileva che la corrente di commutazione ha superato il livello preimpostato, viene abilitato un flag di errore e lo switch viene spento per un periodo di tempo impostato da un condensatore di temporizzazione esterno. Dopo un arco di tempo predeterminato, l\u2019LTC7000\/-1 esegue automaticamente un nuovo tentativo.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019LTC7000\/-1 \u00e8 progettato per ricevere un segnale di ingresso digitale a bassa tensione con riferimento a terra e pilota rapidamente un MOSFET di potenza a canale N sul lato alto il cui assorbimento pu\u00f2 raggiungere i 150V sopra la terra. Con un carico di 1000pF, i rapidi tempi di salita e discesa di 13ns riducono al minimo le perdite di commutazione. L\u2019LTC7000 \u00e8 un dispositivo con funzionalit\u00e0 complete e caratteristiche aggiuntive rispetto all\u2019LTC7000-1, tra cui pin Enable, blocco contro la sovratensione, limite di corrente regolabile e monitoraggio della corrente.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019LTC7000 \u00e8 disponibile nel package MSOP-16 e l\u2019LTC7000-1 \u00e8 disponibile nel package MSOP-16 (12) dal quale sono stati rimossi quattro pin per i requisiti di spaziatura dell&rsquo;alta tensione. Sono disponibili tre livelli di temperature di giunzione operative: i dispositivi in versione estesa e industriale supportano l\u2019intervallo \u201340\u00f7125\u00b0C, la versione automotive per alte temperature supporta l\u2019intervallo \u201340\u00b0C\u00f7150\u00b0C e la versione militare supporta l\u2019intervallo \u201355\u00b0C\u00f7150\u00b0C.
