L\u2019LTC2500-32 rappresenta un nuovo ed efficace approccio per le applicazioni di misura digitale, coniugando l\u2019alta precisione e la velocit\u00e0 dell&rsquo;architettura ADC SAR proprietaria di Linear Technology con i filtri digitali flessibili integrati per ottimizzare la larghezza di banda dei segnali di sistema e semplificare i requisiti dei filtri analogici anti-aliasing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2500-32.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3639\" alt=\"2500-32\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2500-32-300x225.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2500-32-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2500-32-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2500-32.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><!--more--><\/a><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019LTC2500-32 fornisce simultaneamente due uscite: (1) un\u2019uscita a 32 bit a basso rumore con filtraggio digitale che raggiunge un intervallo dinamico fino a 148dB e (2) un\u2019uscita a 32 bit da 1Msps senza latenza che comprende un bit di rilevamento dell\u2019overrange, una rappresentazione a 24 bit della differenza di tensione in ingresso e una rappresentazione a 7 bit della tensione common mode in ingresso. L\u2019uscita senza latenza \u00e8 intrinsecamente perfetta abbinata all\u2019uscita filtrata in modo digitale ed evita il disaccoppiamento e la deriva che tipicamente si verificano nelle applicazioni che richiedono un ADC supplementare pi\u00f9 veloce per monitorare l\u2019integrit\u00e0 del segnale in parallelo con un ADC di precisione. L\u2019ampio intervallo di ingressi common mode e l\u2019elevato CMRR consentono all\u2019LTC2500-32 di interfacciare i segnali con common mode variabile, semplificando la catena di segnali analogici. Ciascuna delle due uscite fornisce una rappresentazione molto precisa della differenza di tensione applicata tra i due morsetti di ingresso.<\/p>\n<p>La densit\u00e0 di rumore eccezionalmente bassa dell\u2019LTC2500-32 produce 148dB di intervallo dinamico a 61sps e 104dB a 1Msps. Oltre al basso rumore, l\u2019LTC2500-32 offre una linearit\u00e0 senza confronti di 0,5ppm (tipica) e un INL massimo garantito di 2ppm, oltre a un basso guadagno e una deriva di offset trascurabili su ampi intervalli di temperatura. Queste funzionalit\u00e0, in combinazione, consentono di eseguire misure allo stato dell\u2019arte altamente precise negli ambienti rumorosi, come ad esempio nelle applicazioni di automazione industriale. Il filtro digitale configurabile integrato fornisce sette tipi di filtri e 13 diversi fattori di sotto-campionamento che offrono agli utenti un alto livello di flessibilit\u00e0 per compensare larghezza di banda, risposta del filtro e prestazioni di rumore in ciascuna applicazione.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019LTC2500-32 appartiene a una famiglia di ADC SAR ad altissima precisione di cui fanno parte anche l\u2019LTC2508-32 a 32 bit che offre filtri digitali ottimizzati per le applicazioni di acquisizione dei dati, e l\u2019LTC2512-24 a 24 bit che fornisce filtri digitali ottimizzati per le applicazioni di elaborazione dei segnali che richiedono un passabanda piatto. L\u2019LTC2512-24 e l\u2019LTC2508-32 forniscono un\u2019uscita a 14 bit senza latenza per il monitoraggio dell\u2019integrit\u00e0 del segnale e quattro fattori di sotto-campionamento per un compromesso tra larghezza di banda e intervallo dinamico.
