L&rsquo;esclusiva architettura Silent Switcher<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, combinata con una modulazione di frequenza Spread Spectrum, riduce le emissioni EMI\/EMC di oltre 25dB anche con frequenze superiori a 2MHz, consentendo il facile superamento dei limiti di picco e medi previsti dalla specifica CISPR25, classe 5 per il settore automotive. Il raddrizzatore sincrono assicura un\u2019efficienza massima del 94% con una frequenza di commutazione di 2MHz. Il funzionamento Burst Mode<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> del dispositivo mantiene la corrente di riposo sotto i 2,5\u00b5A in condizioni di standby senza carico, rendendo l&rsquo;LT8641 ideale per applicazioni quali i sistemi automotive sempre attivi che richiedono una maggiore durata della batteria. Il design esclusivo di questo dispositivo mantiene la tensione di dropout a livelli minimi, soli 130mV (a 1A) in qualunque condizione, rendendo l&rsquo;LT8641 ideale per le applicazioni con avviamento a freddo, come quelle del settore automotive. Un \u00a0on-time minimo di soli 35ns permette inoltre una frequenza costante di 2MHz che passa da un ingresso a 24V a un&rsquo;uscita a 3,3V, consentendo ai progettisti di ottimizzare l&rsquo;efficienza del dispositivo, evitando al contempo bande di frequenza sensibili al rumore. La combinazione tra il package QFN di 3mm x 4mm a 18 pin e l&rsquo;elevata frequenza di commutazione consente di limitare le dimensioni degli induttori e dei condensatori esterni, in modo da garantire un ingombro ridotto e assicurare al contempo elevate prestazioni termiche.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;LT8641 utilizza switch di alimentazione interni (superiore e inferiore) ad alto rendimento, dotati di diodo di boost, oscillatore e circuito logico e di controllo integrati in un unico die. Il funzionamento Burst Mode con basso ripple fornisce un rendimento elevato per correnti di uscita ridotte, mantenendo il ripple di uscita al di sotto dei 10mV<sub>P-P<\/sub>. Grazie alle speciali tecniche di progettazione e a un nuovo processo ad alta velocit\u00e0, il rendimento rimane elevato in un ampio range di tensioni in ingresso, mentre la topologia in current mode dell&rsquo;LT8641 fornisce una risposta rapida al transitorio di corrente e assicura un&rsquo;eccezionale stabilit\u00e0 del loop. Altre caratteristiche sono la compensazione interna, l&rsquo;indicatore power good, il soft-start dell&rsquo;uscita, la tracciatura e lo spegnimento termico.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;LT8641EUDC viene offerto in un package QFN di 3mm x 4mm.
