Integrando il rilevamento della corrente sul lato caldo, questo dispositivo pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato in modalit\u00e0 boost, buck o buck-boost o per topologie SEPIC. La modulazione di frequenza interna ad ampio spettro riduce le interferenze elettromagnetiche. L&rsquo;LT3952 offre un&rsquo;efficienza superiore al 94% in topologia boost, eliminando la necessit\u00e0 di un dissipatore di calore esterno, mentre la protezione interna contro i cortocircuiti dei LED aumenta l&rsquo;affidabilit\u00e0 nella maggior parte delle applicazioni. L&rsquo;LT3952 rappresenta una soluzione driver LED ad alta potenza molto compatta in un package TSSOP-28E con funzionalit\u00e0 termiche avanzate.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;LT3952 \u00e8 provvisto di un gate driver per uno switch di disconnessione LED PMOS che fornisce rapporti di dimming fino a 4000:1 utilizzando un segnale PWM esterno. Per requisiti di dimming inferiori, \u00e8 possibile utilizzare il pin CTRL per un range di dimming analogico 10:1 e un generatore PWM interno per un range 5:1. L&rsquo;architettura in current mode a frequenza fissa del dispositivo offre un funzionamento stabile in un ampio range di tensioni di alimentazione e uscita. La protezione contro i cortocircuiti sull&rsquo;uscita e la protezione dei LED con circuito aperto migliorano l&rsquo;affidabilit\u00e0 del sistema. Il dispositivo supporta la sincronizzazione della frequenza, la modulazione della frequenza ad ampio spettro, la protezione contro la sovratensione e la sottotensione V<sub>IN<\/sub> programmabile, oltre alla limitazione e al monitoraggio della corrente di ingresso.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;LT3952EFE \u00e8 disponibile in un package TSSOP a 28 conduttori con funzionalit\u00e0 termiche avanzate.
