L&rsquo;OP1dB (punto di compressione in uscita di 1dB) \u00e8 di 22dBm, il migliore della categoria. Il dispositivo \u00e8 offerto in due versioni, il grado A, testato e garantito per offrire un OIP3 di 42,2dBm minimo a 240MHz, e il grado B che offre un valore OIP3 tipico di 45,7dBm alla stessa frequenza. Ingresso e uscita sono adattati internamente a 50\u03a9 da 20MHz a 1,4GHz, con una risposta in frequenza, guadagno di potenza pari a 20dB e flatness superiore a 0,5dB. L&rsquo;abbinamento interno a 50\u03a9 semplifica la progettazione e consente la gestione in cascata, utilizzando un numero minimo di componenti esterni. Il dispositivo funziona su un range di temperature compreso tra \u201340\u00b0C e 85\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;LTC6431-20 \u00e8 ideale per l&rsquo;amplificazione dei segnali IF e RF nei trasmettitori a bassa distorsione o i ricevitori a frequenze fino a 1,5GHz. \u00c8 inoltre adatto per i ricevitori di pre-distorsione le cui prestazioni dipendono dal mantenimento di un basso livello di distorsione nel percorso di segnale. Questo amplificatore offre inoltre eccellenti prestazioni per una vasta gamma di radio a banda larga e stretta che funzionano nelle bande VHF\/UHF come ad esempio le radio per il broadcast, le reti via cavo, i servizi dati a tecnologia \u00ab\u00a0white space\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;infrastruttura di stazioni base LTE a banda bassa e le radio per la pubblica sicurezza.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;LTC6431-20 viene offerto in un package QFN di 4 x 4mm.
