Secondo la nuova ricerca di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opsecsecurity.com\/\">OpSec Security<\/a> nel 2020 si \u00e8 registrato un aumento del 7% delle <strong>violazioni<\/strong> di questo tipo rispetto al 2019.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019annuale <em>Consumer Barometer Report<\/em> di OpSec, che ha coinvolto 2.600 intervistati, ha rilevato inoltre che il 46% delle vittime di violazioni dei dati sensibili (<strong>data breach<\/strong>) \u00e8 stato contattato dai Brand da due a cinque volte in merito alla compromissione dei <strong>propri dati<\/strong>, mentre il 9% \u00e8 stato contattato pi\u00f9 di cinque volte. La nostra ricerca rivela infatti che il 30% di coloro che sono stati vittime di <strong>data breach<\/strong> quando ne \u00e8 venuto a conoscenza non ne \u00e8 rimasto sorpreso. Tuttavia, questa rassegnazione \u00e8 spesso accompagnata dall&#8217;aspettativa, da parte dei clienti, che i Brand dispongano degli strumenti necessari per salvaguardare i dati personali e delle carte di credito dei propri clienti. Inoltre, per far fronte ad eventuali perdite economiche derivanti da un <strong>data breach<\/strong>, i consumatori si aspettano un rimborso da parte del Brand. Nonostante ci\u00f2, le <strong>violazioni dei dati sensibili<\/strong> su larga scala continuano a <strong>danneggiare i Brand<\/strong>, poich\u00e9 il 64% delle vittime ha perso la fiducia nell&#8217;azienda o nel marchio, ritenendoli responsabili di non aver protetto adeguatamente i loro dati.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA seguito dell&#8217;impatto del COVID-19 molti consumatori conducono ormai gran parte della loro vita online, i Brand devono essere pi\u00f9 proattivi che mai in materia di <strong>sicurezza informatica<\/strong> e di protezione dei consumatori, con soluzioni che siano in grado di minimizzare questi rischi. Non farlo pu\u00f2 essere estremamente costoso, non solo in termini di conformit\u00e0 in merito alle normative sulla gestione dei dati, ma anche di perdita dei clienti. Il 28% dei consumatori che ha perso la fiducia in un Brand a causa di un <strong>data breach<\/strong>, dichiara che non effettuer\u00e0 pi\u00f9 acquisti da quel marchio&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La ricerca di OpSec Security evidenzia inoltre che del 40% dei consumatori che ha subito una <strong>violazione<\/strong> dei propri dati personali, solo il 9% ha ricevuto un rimborso in denaro.<\/p>\n<p>Poich\u00e9 l&#8217;<strong>e-commerce<\/strong> \u00e8 diventato il mezzo preferito per acquistare beni e prodotti, ulteriormente spinto dalle circostanze imposte dal COVID-19, \u00e8 probabile che i consumatori siano maggiormente preoccupati nell\u2019usare i dati della propria carta di credito.
