L&#8217;LTC3115-1 \u00e8 un convertitore buck-boost sincrono che fornisce fino a 2A di corrente continua in uscita da pi\u00f9 fonti di alimentazione \u2013 dalle batterie agli ioni di litio a singola cella ai rail industriali da 24V\/28V, fino agli ingressi da 40V delle applicazioni automotive.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;intervallo di tensione di ingresso e uscita del dispositivo, compreso tra 2,7V a 40V, assicura un&#8217;uscita regolata con ingressi superiori, inferiori o uguali all&#8217;uscita regolata. La topologia buck-boost a basso rumore incorporata nell&#8217;LTC3115-1 assicura una transizione <i>jitter-free<\/i> continua tra le modalit\u00e0 buck e boost, caratteristica che lo rende un dispositivo particolarmente adatto per i sistemi a radiofrequenza e per altre applicazioni sensibili al rumore che devono mantenere una tensione in uscita costante a basso rumore con un&#8217;alimentazione in ingresso variabile. L&#8217;efficienza fino al 95% prolunga la durata della batteria nei sistemi con questo tipo di alimentazione. La frequenza di commutazione dell&#8217;LTC3115-1 pu\u00f2 essere programmata dall&#8217;utente tra 100kHz e 2MHz e pu\u00f2 essere sincronizzata su un clock esterno. Il circuito PWM proprietario buck-boost assicura un basso rumore e un&#8217;elevata efficienza, il tutto riducendo al minimo le dimensioni dei componenti esterni. La combinazione tra gli elementi esterni compatti e il package TSSOP-20E offre una soluzione di ingombro ridotto.<\/p>\n<p>La versione di grado H supporta temperature di giunzione comprese tra -40\u02daC e 150\u02daC e il suo funzionamento \u00e8 garantito sull&#8217;intero range di temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Analogamente, la versione di grado MP supporta temperature di giunzione comprese tra -55\u02daC e 150\u02daC e il suo funzionamento \u00e8 garantito e testato sull&#8217;intero range di temperatura. Le specifiche elettriche per il grado H e il grado MP sono uguali a quelle delle versioni industriali.
