Per il controllo logico i dispositivi utilizzano segnali positive, semplificando il progetto dell\u2019interfaccia di controllo.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ADRF5024 e l\u2019ADRF5025 rappresentano la sostituzione ideale per gli equivalenti basati su diodi PIN, dato che non richiedono componenti esterni per la generazione del bias o per il bilanciamento di impedenza e i pin di segnale sono internamente polarizzati al riferimento (GND), in modo da eliminare i condensatori di blocco della componente continua (DC), quando questa \u00e8 assente.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ADRF5024 \u00e8 ottimizzato per applicazioni, che richiedono commutazioni veloci, con periodo inferiore a 10 ns e fronti di transizione \u00a0di 2 ns, mentre l\u2019ADRF5025 \u00e8 ottimizzato per applicazioni a banda ultra-larga con buone prestazioni in bassa frequenza fino a 9 kHz.
