La rettifica sincrona offre un&#8217;efficienza del 95% mentre il funzionamento Burst Mode<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> richiede solo 3,5\u00b5A di corrente di riposo senza carico.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/3621.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-433 aligncenter\" alt=\"3621\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/3621-300x214.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/3621-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/3621.jpg 616w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->L&#8217;LTC3621 commuta a una frequenza fissa di 1MHz, mentre l&#8217;LTC3621-2 a 2,25MHz. L&#8217;architettura in current mode a frequenza costante riduce al minimo il rumore di commutazione e fornisce una rapida risposta transitoria di linea e carico. Grazie al funzionamento in un range di tensioni di ingresso compreso tra 2,7V e 17V, l&#8217;LTC3621\/-2 \u00e8 ideale per le applicazioni alimentate con batterie agli ioni di litio a cella singola o doppia, nonch\u00e9 per i sistemi bus intermedi e automotive da 12V. La combinazione tra package DFN da 2 x 3mm o MSOP-8, elevata frequenza di commutazione e piccolissimi condensatori e induttori a basso costo garantisce una soluzione estremamente compatta.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;on-time minimo di 60ns dell&#8217;LTC3621\/-2 consente lo step-down degli ingressi da 16V a 2,5V con una frequenza di commutazione di 2,25MHz senza salto di impulsi, rendendo il dispositivo ideale per le applicazioni automotive che devono mantenere il rumore di commutazione sopra la banda radio AM. Grazie a una corrente di riposo di 3,5\u00b5A \u00e8 adatto alle applicazioni always-on che richiedono la massima durata della batteria. Per le applicazioni che richiedono invece un funzionamento con il minor livello di rumore possibile, l&#8217;LTC3621\/-2 pu\u00f2 essere configurato per il funzionamento a salto di impulsi o in modalit\u00e0 continua forzata, con una conseguente riduzione dei disturbi e delle potenziali interferenze RF. Altre funzionalit\u00e0 offerte includono il monitoraggio della tensione power good, la compensazione interna e la protezione termica.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;LTC3621EDCB e l&#8217;LTC3621EDCB-2 sono disponibili in un package DFN-6 di 2 x 3mm, l&#8217;LTC3621EMS8E e l&#8217;LTC3621EMS8E-2 sono invece offerti in un package MSOP a 8 conduttori con funzionalit\u00e0 termiche avanzate.
