La temperatura di giunzione nominale di 150\u00b0C di questa versione consente di utilizzare il dispositivo in applicazioni automotive ad alta potenza e industriali. La capacit\u00e0 di alta tensione di ingresso dell&#8217;LT3007 che va da 2,0V a 45V con una tensione di uscita regolabile compresa tra 0,6V e 44,5V, consente il funzionamento in un&#8217;ampia variet\u00e0 di ambiti applicativi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/3007H.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1869\" alt=\"3007H\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/3007H-300x214.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/3007H-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.shincommunication.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/3007H.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><!--more--><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Il pinout dell&#8217;LT3007 \u00e8 conforme a FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), quindi l&#8217;uscita \u00e8 uguale o inferiore alla tensione di regolazione durante un evento di cortocircuito dei pin adiacenti oppure se un pin viene lasciato fluttuante.<b> <\/b>La corrente di riposo di 3\u00b5A del dispositivo e quella di shutdown (&lt;1\u00b5A) consentono un consumo di corrente molto ridotto in standby, rendendo il circuito integrato una scelta eccellente per le applicazioni che non richiedono lo spegnimento oppure quelle che necessitano di una capacit\u00e0 moderata in uscita e una elevata tensione di ingresso, come ad esempio il monitoraggio remoto e la memoria a bassa corrente alimentata a batteria per mantenere attivi i sistemi che richiedono un&#8217;operativit\u00e0 prolungata. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;LT3007 fornisce fino a 20mA di corrente in uscita con una corrispondente tensione di dropout di soli 300mV. La tolleranza della tensione di uscita \u00e8 regolata sull&#8217;intervallo \u00b12% per linea, carico e temperatura. Il circuito integrato ottimizza la stabilit\u00e0 e la risposta al transiente con condensatori ceramici di uscita a bassa ESR di soli 2,2\u00b5F. Il circuito di protezione interno fornisce protezione in caso di inversione della polarit\u00e0 della batteria, oltre che inversione sull&#8217;uscita e dall&#8217;uscita all&#8217;entrata, nonch\u00e9 limitazione della corrente e a livello termico per garantire solidit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;LT3007 viene offerto nelle versioni E, I e H in un package SOT-23 a 8 conduttori con 3 pin dotati di fusibili sull&#8217;aletta di terra per prestazioni termiche avanzate nelle versioni fissa e\u00a0regolabile.
