Il dispositivo offre protezione dell&#8217;interfaccia via cavo a \u00b160V. Per garantire l&#8217;affidabilit\u00e0 del sistema, sono inclusi una funzionalit\u00e0 che rileva la riattivazione e un timer di reset power-on programmabile. L&#8217;LT3669\/-2 funziona in un range di tensioni di alimentazione compreso tra 7,5V e 40V, \u00e8 quindi ideale per le applicazioni di sensori industriali. Il regolatore di commutazione interno dell&#8217;LT3669 pu\u00f2 fornire fino a 100mA di corrente di carico, mentre l&#8217;LT3669-2 fornisce fino a 300mA. Entrambe le versioni possono fornire elevata efficienza con tensioni di uscita da 0,8V a 16V. I driver di linea possono alimentare\/assorbire fino a 250mA di corrente ciascuno o 500mA se collegati insieme, con una tensione residua minima inferiore a 2,1V. Uno schema degli impulsi del driver di linea adattivo commuta in modo sicuro i carichi pesanti. I driver sono facilmente configurabili come push-pull, pull-up o pull-down per ottimizzare la flessibilit\u00e0 del sistema. Altre funzionalit\u00e0 includono il rilevamento del limite di corrente e lo spegnimento termico.
