L&#8217;LT8362 pu\u00f2 essere configurato come convertitore in modalit\u00e0 boost, SEPIC o come inverter. La frequenza di switching pu\u00f2 essere programmata da 300kHz a 2MHz, consentendo ai progettisti di ridurre al minimo le dimensioni dei componenti esterni ed evitare le frequenze di banda critiche, come la radio AM. Il dispositivo offre inoltre un\u2019efficienza superiore al 90% a 2MHz. Il funzionamento Burst Mode<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> riduce la corrente di quiescenza a soli 9\u00b5A mantenendo il ripple in uscita sotto i 15mV<sub>P-P<\/sub>. La possibilit\u00e0 di attivare la modulazione di frequenza \u201cspread spectrum\u201d minimizza le problematiche di compatibilit\u00e0 elettromagnetica. Un singolo pin di feedback imposta la tensione di uscita, sia con uscita positiva che negativa, riducendo al minimo il numero di pin. Altre funzionalit\u00e0 sono la sincronizzazione esterna, UVLO programmabile, soft-start interno, foldback di frequenza e soft-start programmabile.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019LT8362EDD \u00e8 disponibile in un package DFN-10 di 3mm x 3mm, mentre l\u2019LT8362EMSE \u00e8 disponibile in un package MSOP-16E, dal quale sono stati rimossi 4 pin per i requisiti di spaziatura dell&#8217;alta tensione.
