Il mixer pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato come convertitore verso l\u2019alto o verso il basso. L&#8217;LTC5553 presenta inoltre un\u2019elevata linearit\u00e0 IIP3 di 23,9dBm a 14GHz e di 21,5dBm a 17GHz. Il dispositivo integra un buffer LO che richiede un pilotaggio in ingresso di soli 0dBm, eliminando in modo efficace un circuito amplificatore LO esterno ad alta potenza.
