Il dispositivo funziona con un intervallo di tensione di ingresso compreso tra 3V e 40V ed \u00e8 ideale per le applicazioni del settore automotive con sorgenti di ingresso che vanno dalle batterie Li\u2011Ion a singola cella agli ingressi automotive. \u00c8 possibile configurare l&#8217;T8330 come convertitore in modalit\u00e0 boost, SEPIC o inverter. Il dispositivo utilizza una frequenza di commutazione fissa di 2MHz, consentendo ai progettisti di ridurre al minimo le dimensioni dei componenti esterni ed evitare frequenze di banda critiche, come la radio AM.
