L&#8217;LT4320 sostituisce un rettificatore a ponte di diodi a onda intera con un ponte di MOSFET a canale N e bassa perdita per ridurre le perdite di potenza e tensione di 10 volte o pi\u00f9. Le dimensioni dell&#8217;alimentatore si riducono, in quanto la maggiore efficienza della potenza elimina gli ingombranti dissipatori. Una pompa di carica integrata fornisce il gate drive per i MOSFET a canale N esterni a bassa <i>on-resistance<\/i> senza richiedere condensatori esterni. La scelta dei MOSFET offre la massima flessibilit\u00e0 nei livelli di potenza da uno a migliaia di watt.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;LT4320 \u00e8 disponibile in due versioni: l&#8217;LT4320 \u00e8 progettato per la rettifica della tensione da DC a 60Hz, mentre LT4320-1 \u00e8 ottimizzato per la rettifica da DC a 600Hz raddoppiando la tensione di regolazione source-drain del lato alto.
