Il generatore WURQ produce impulsi di attivazione temporizzati di polarit\u00e0 corretta, riducendo i requisiti del microcontroller. I meccanismi di sicurezza gestiscono le WURQ multiporta e ripetute per prevenire il sovraccarico termico e mantenere la comunicazione priva di errori. Il generatore di impulsi di boost della corrente soddisfa completamente i requisiti degli impulsi della corrente di avvio aggiunti alla specifica IO-Link v1.1.1.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;LTC2874 aggiunge solidit\u00e0 e affidabilit\u00e0 all&#8217;interfaccia fisica specificata nello standard<br \/>\nIO-Link. Il controller Hot Swap\u2122 onboard e il MOSFET esterno a canale N nell&#8217;interfaccia di potenza proteggono i dispositivi collegati dalle correnti di picco durante l&#8217;avvio e le condizioni di guasto. I diodi di blocco da \u00b150V integrati nell&#8217;interfaccia della linea dati offrono protezione contro i guasti e le escursioni a corrente elevata, rendendo il dispositivo idoneo agli ambienti PLC difficili supportando cavi fino a 20m. Le linee dati supportano scariche elettrostatiche HBM di \u00b18kV senza blocco o danno; tutti gli altri pin sono protetti fino a \u00b16kV HBM. Un&#8217;interfaccia SPI consente la configurazione e il monitoraggio host di pi\u00f9 parametri, inclusa la tensione di alimentazione, lo stato <i>power good<\/i> delle uscite e gli eventi di guasto.
